INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At our store, we take pride in offering international shipping services. However, we do not have control over customs and are therefore unable to be responsible for any delays that may occur. Rest assured that tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is made available to us.
SHIPPING TIMES
Please note that shipping times do not include weekends or public holidays. For orders being shipped to the USA, it usually takes between 7 to 16 business days for delivery. While for the rest of the world, it can take between 7 to 21 business days for delivery (tracking system available varies). In very rare instances, packages may experience delayed delivery beyond the expected time frame. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding and patience should this occur. During such rare events, we will ship out a new package if there are no tracking updates for more than 30-60 business days.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders generally take 4-6 business days to be fully processed, which includes being checked, packed, forwarded to logistics, and sent forth to the post office. Please note that processing time is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time.
CANCELING AN ORDER
Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it after 30 minutes as it may have already been processed. Please reach out to us at guestservices@anythingguy.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel an order.
UNCLAIMED ORDERS
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable due to incorrect or insufficient addresses. Please make sure to double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
REFUND POLICY
While we typically do not offer refunds on products, if you feel that your product is damaged, please provide us with clear evidence through photos of your product, packaging, as well as your customer information so that our team can dispute the issue and resolve it for you.
CUSTOM/DUTY FEES
Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding any fees. Also, please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.
SEPARATE PACKAGES
In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons: certain items may be on backorder, weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office, or different designers/warehouse location. Rest assured that all of your items will arrive safely and in a timely manner.
